About Us
East Coast Fire Services is a dedicated division of Emergency Services of New England, formed to conduct comprehensive testing and inspections of fire apparatus and equipment. The business is owned and operated by both retired and active firefighters who approach every job as if they were responding to an emergency, relying on the equipment to ensure their safety and the safety of others.
In addition to fire apparatus testing and inspections, East Coast Fire Services provides a wide range of fire protection services that may not be directly related to the equipment. These services include annual fire alarm inspections and service, extinguisher sales and service, and inspection and testing of emergency/exit lighting within businesses.
Safety is of utmost importance in all fire protection services, and East Coast Fire Services takes pride in conducting all tests and inspections with the utmost rigor and integrity.

SERVICES
Annual NFPA Pump Testing
You provide the fire truck, and we take care of the rest! We bring the necessary manpower and equipment to ensure safe and reliable testing. Recently, we acquired a self-contained pump testing trailer that generates a comprehensive spreadsheet that can be emailed or printed. This allows clients to maintain detailed and informative records of each test. Every year, all apparatus with pumps must undergo thorough operation and inspection to ensure safe and reliable functionality when seconds matter!
Annual Aerial Inspections and "NDT" Testing
All aerial apparatus is mandated to undergo annual inspections and testing to ensure safe operation and protect life and property. We have the capability to test aerial apparatus of any age or height. Additionally, we offer “NDT’s” (non-destructive tests) every five years as per regulatory requirements to monitor the condition of all bolts and pins that secure the turntables, ladders, and outriggers. Our services are comprehensive and cater to a wide range of aerial apparatus, regardless of their year of manufacture, model, or brand. We have extensive experience in operating and testing aerial apparatus from various major manufacturers, including Mack, Baker, Sutphen, Seagrave, Bronto, E-One, Ferrara, Pierce, American LaFrance, and many others.
Ground Ladder Testing
We are fully equipped to perform all ground ladder testing and inspections mandated annually by NFPA standards. We provide minor repair services and can replace any necessary stickers, heat sensors, or halyards.
